We received 132,864 telephone enquiries resulting in 38,766 jobs being undertaken. 97% of that work was undertaken within agreed response times.

7,044 customer surveys were sent out, 2,916 received back with over a 99% satisfactory rate and 75% rating us excelent.

17,444 dogs had their tummies tickled by our wardens.
